I've had the chance to work in various international settings, sharpening my skills in cross-cultural communication, especially remotely. Feedback is key for me - it's how I refine my methods and boost team performance. Leading diverse teams, my focus is on effective people management and steering projects to success.

My passion for learning drives me to constantly explore new design methodologies. As someone deeply curious and committed to professional growth, I've blended my expertise in technology, psychology, and anthropology to excel in user-centric strategic design and product development. I always use user experience principles in my work, aiming to create digital products that not only resonate with users but also meet business goals. My approach? Human-Centered Design and tapping into collective intelligence for innovation. I love collaborating with developers and stakeholders to make sure products align with both user needs and business objectives.

I'm always on the lookout for new and better ways to work and I'm open to giving and receiving feedback.

Outside of Work

In my spare time, I mentored aspiring UX Designers at Femme Palette  community, shared UX knowledge to CVUT University  students, or gave speech about UX on Czech Online Expo  conference.

Personal Passions

Improvisational Theater: I've spent over 4 years in improv theater classes, boosting my interpersonal skills and ability to adapt on the fly. This experience has enhanced my workshop facilitation, creative thinking, confidence, communication, teamwork, stage presence, and resilience.

Travel and Surfing: I've explored over 32 countries, and along the way, discovered the magic of surfing. It's a passion that reflects my love for adventure and the outdoors.

Reading: I'm a huge fan of fantasy literature and self-development books. They fuel my imagination and drive for self-improvement.
