I'm based in Prague and Amsterdam. Teams bring me in when product decisions are overdue, or when they keep going in circles.

How I work

I lead the discussion and sketch at the same time.
In a single session, I keep track of both the big picture and the details.
Between sessions, I write. I'd rather send a draft than a meeting invite.
I work async, with short screen recordings.
I direct the visual design; a designer draws the pixels.
I write down every major decision and why we made it, so we don't keep revisiting it.

2023–2026Product Design Lead, CoinmateRegulated crypto exchange. Contract, 2 days a week. A design system from scratch, front-end specs, documentation for the MiCA license, and a new brand.

2023–presentFounding designer and co-founder, HeirloomDigital legacy, a new product from scratch. I covered the missing product management and took it from prototype to launch.

2020–2023Co-founder and founding designer, then Product Design Lead, LeeafFertility healthcare, a product from scratch. After 6 months, I took over design leadership and hiring. iOS, Android, and a physician portal, from discovery to launch. Brand identity and design system. White label for other IVF clinics on one system. 2 designers worked from the rules in the system without me.
