How much does it cost?

You pay per project, not per hour. Decision Audit from €1,900, Decision Prototype from €2,900, fractional leadership from €7,500 per month.

Do you offer packages?

Yes, the 3 above. If none of them fits, I'll adjust the scope, but not the rate.

How do I know which one is right for me?

Tell me where you're stuck. In a 30-minute call, I'll tell you what makes sense, even if the answer is none of the above.

Do you work with small companies, or only large ones?

Both. What matters is whether there's a real decision to make, and whether someone at the table has the authority to make it.
