- Where it was stuck
Everyone expected Figma screens
The company was pivoting from B2C to B2B and needed to pin down the product scope and spec. Everyone expected screens in Figma. Instead, I set up a process with a working prototype in every iteration.
Step 1
Scope with leadership
I facilitated the questions that defined the project scope.
Step 2
AI prototype from code
The prototype was built with AI from the existing repository and design system.
Step 3
Fast iterations with comments
Comments went directly into the prototype. It covered every state, including edge cases.
- Result
New direction in 4 sessions
Disagreements that used to surface during development were settled during prototyping. We settled the new direction in 4 sessions.
