Timeline
- Where it was stuck
A separate copy for every clinic
The app was meant to be sold to other clinics as a white-label product. The plan was to customize it for each client. Instead, I chose one system that's easy to replicate: change the colors, fonts, and logo, and connect it to the clinic's portal.
Step 1
One system from the start
The same design system for the website, the doctors' portal, and the mobile app.
Step 2
Tokens and variables
Colors, fonts, and the logo are settings, not new designs.
Step 3
A new clinic is a configuration
It's set up in the admin and published to the App Store and Google Play.
- Result
More clinics launched without me
More IVF clinics then ran on the same system. Designers branded them without me.

- My role
- Co-founder and founding designer, then Product Design Lead · led 2 designers
- The patient app and the doctors’ portal are built on one design system. I made this image with Lukáš Rykr.
- The app shows each patient which step of treatment they are in and what comes next.
- When a patient fills in data in the app, the doctor sees it in the clinic's portal. Both use the same design system.
